Shipping policy


1. Shipping Methods

We ship orders from Japan using Japan Post (Registered Airmail/EMS) or DHL Express.
Depending on your country or region, some services may not be available. In such cases, we will use DHL.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and can be confirmed before completing your order.

2. U.S. Shipments

Due to recent regulation changes following the elimination of the de minimis exemption, Japan Post services to the United States are temporarily suspended. All U.S. orders will be shipped via DHL.

3. Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

Customs duties, VAT, brokerage fees, and any other import-related charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you refuse delivery due to unpaid fees, the return shipping cost to Japan will also be your responsibility.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance. As a general guide:

  • Asia: 5–10 business days

  • North America/Europe: 5–14 business days

  • Other regions: 7–21 business days

5. DHL Conditions

For DHL shipments:

  • A valid phone number is required.

  • Additional charges may apply for remote area delivery.
