Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items in a condition that is clearly different from the item description or the wrong item are subject to return. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued. Please note that we do not accept order cancellations for the convenience of the customer.
If you suspect that the item is eligible for return, please contact us via the contact form within 7 days of receiving the item. Please ship the item by the specified method within 5 days of our return request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
